Introduction
Client Service Options
Our clients all have one thing in common, they all want to succeed. Success is of course measured in many different ways and is also achieved in many different ways too. Entrepreneurs often need to balance creativity and innovation, with limited resources and practical realities. Indeed most decisions are ultimately made by compromise.
Appleton Greene provides clients with a detailed Client Information Guide (CIG) for each individual Unique Consulting Service Proposition (UCSP). It also provides clients with four service options: The Bronze Service; The Silver Service; The Gold Service and The Platinum Service. Each service option enables clients to enter into the service, with a level of commitment that they feel comfortable with. They can then upgrade or downgrade as and when they deem it to be appropriate and this enables clients to experience the service for themselves, without having to over-commit themselves.
The Business Process Analysis (BPA) Service
However, while clients will undoubtedly want to improve their business processes and performance, in just about every business department and function, they may not yet understand how an individual Unique Consulting Service Proposition (UCSP) might help them and unless they understand this, it can be difficult to make an informed decision.
The Business Process Analysis (BPA) service enables clients to receive a professional and practical demonstration of the Unique Consulting Service Propositions (UCSP) that they are interested in, without requiring any formal commitment. If clients ultimately then decide to proceed with either the: The Bronze Service; The Silver Service; The Gold Service; or The Platinum Service, then the Business Process Analysis (BPA) service, will be provided free of charge. That is to say, the cost of the (BPA) service will be credited against future invoices. Alternatively, if clients decide not to ultimately proceed with the service, then all it will have cost them is the consultant's time during the (BPA) service. It represents a sensible compromise for those clients who do not yet understand how their chosen consulting service will work, or how they might benefit. Not all Accredited Consultants provide the (BPA) service option to clients. If they do, then you will be able to access the Business Process Analysis (BPA) client service order form, directly from their Client Information Guide (CIG).
