Introduction
You should only complete this Client Information Guide (CIG) Form if you are an Accredited Associate, Executive, or Senior Consultant at Appleton Greene and after your application has been completed and verified by the Accredited Consultant Department. If this is the case, then you will have received an authorized email communication from Appleton Greene inviting you to complete the Client Information Guide (CIG) Form.
The purpose of this application form is to provide Appleton Greene with the content required for your Accredited Consulting Service (ACS) Client Information Guide (CIG). This guide will be published on the Appleton Greene web site and will be distributed throughout the Appleton Greene global client network. The Client Information Guide constitutes a complete and detailed guide to the consulting service that you personally aim to provide for clients and as such the content that is required is quite extensive. It is therefore recommended that you put some time and thought into this and allow due time for proper research and development. It is also recommended that you make a hard copy of your proposed content on your computer in MS WORD format first, in order to ensure that you do not lose any of your work. You can then copy and paste your content into the (CIG) form as and when you are ready to do so. Please also ensure that you check your content for the correct spelling and use of English grammar beforehand, because (CIG) Forms will be declined if the standard is not deemed acceptable by Appleton Greene.
The application form will probably take you approximately 1 or 2 hours to complete. However, it may take you several days in which to properly research, develop and prepare your content beforehand. Please complete all parts of this application form without exception.
Please insert your answers in lower case apart from when starting sentences and proper names. Do not use upper case or capital letters where it is not appropriate to do so. Applications will be automatically declined if you do not adhere to this requirement.
Please ensure that your content remains strictly within the designated content limits for each individual section of the Client Information Guide (CIG). For example, if a particular section asks you to restrict your content to 2 words and you insert more than this, then our administrative team will either just insert the first 2 words provided, or your form may be declined altogether and you will then need to complete another Client Information Guide (CIG) Form.
Please think about your answers carefully when completing your Client Information Guide (CIG) Form. Once your Client Information Guide (CIG) has been approved by Appleton Greene, it will be published and distributed throughout the Appleton Greene global client network within 30 business days and you will be notified via email when your Client Information Guide (CIG) has been activated. Please note that once your Client Information Guide (CIG) has been approved by Appleton Greene, you will not be able to amend or change this content until a period of 12 calendar months has expired.
