Introduction
If you are interested in applying for a position as an Appleton Greene Certified Learning Provider (CLP), then please complete all parts of this application form.
CLP CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT FORM - PURPOSE
The purpose of the CLP Candidate Assessment Form is to enable us to evaluate and assess your application for a position on the Certified Learning Provider (CLP) program. We understandably receive many applications each year for positions on this program from all over the world and we are ultimately restricted to the number of positions that we can offer in any one calendar year. We therefore want to ensure that these positions are offered to the candidates who are the most likely to succeed. If you are serious about your application and have the required dedication and commitment, please demonstrate this by preparing properly, taking your time and by putting as much effort into the Candidate Assessment Form as you can. The Certified Learning Provider (CLP) program tends to be rather like a light coming on for the right candidates and as such you should automatically know whether this opportunity is right for you. It should also be obvious to us when we are reviewing your CLP Candidate Assessment Form.
PLANNING AND PREPARATION
The application form will take you approximately 60 minutes to complete when you are ready and please note that you will also need to insert the contents of your resume or CV. Please complete all parts of this application form and if you do not have an answer to a particular question, please insert N/A. Please ensure that you have taken time to review all of the information that has been made available to you within the Certified Learning Provider program information guide, before you complete this Candidate Assessment Form.

As soon as you successfully submit your application to Appleton Greene, all of the information that you have entered into the form will disappear and will not be retained by your internet browser. You can request a copy of your Candidate Assessment Form by forwarding an email to Appleton Greene after it has been successfully processed. Please remember that this is an online application and as such you could lose information that you have entered, if your internet access is interrupted for any reason. It may therefore be prudent for you to prepare your answers offline in a MS Word document first, before entering your answers into the online application, in order to ensure that you do not lose any of your work.

Please therefore take your time, relax and you will probably find the process to be both thought provoking and enlightening. Unique Program Proposition (UPP)
KEY PROGRAM OBJECTIVES (KCO)
We want to understand more about the corporate training program that you would like to develop and establish with Appleton Greene and why it is likely to be considered unique. Please do not fall into the trap of thinking that your program needs to be better than anything else. It just needs to be seen as being sufficiently different. This enables clients to identify with individual programs and to match their Key Corporate Objectives (KCO) with your Key Program Objectives (KPO).
This is also the section of the Candidate Assessment Form which we at Appleton Greene focus upon most, because it is after all the Corporate Training Program, which will be promoted by Appleton Greene on your behalf, not your resume or CV. If your Unique Program Proposition (UPP) stands out from the crowd, then your application is likely to be shortlisted by Appleton Greene for further consideration.
In order to achieve this, you simply need to focus upon what you personally consider to be your core skills and experience, what you believe your primary knowledge and business strengths and what you find the most motivational and rewarding. You just then need to ensure that these attributes are incorporated within your Unique Program Proposition (UPP).
Remember that differentiation is also determined by other natural factors, such as the industry sectors that you propose to focus upon, the geographical locations that you propose to work within and the business process that you propose to implement within your clients' organizations. In the case of business processes, the reality is that we are all unique in our own individual way and you will acknowledge that you probably already do things differently to your peers or colleagues who may ultimately provide the same service.
As an example, we could conceivably have a number of corporate training programs, which all focus upon performance improvement within the marketing department. There are many different ways and different approaches used to improve performance, which are all perfectly valid and productive. It is merely this simple differentiation that we are looking for at Appleton Greene.
MARKET DEMAND
Market demand is determined, not by quantity, but by quality. The more clients understand about your Appleton Greene Corporate Training Program, the easier it will be for them to identify with it, so the more specific your program is, the more unique it will ultimately appear and be perceived.
We understand that you may already have several ideas which could be developed into tangible corporate training programs, but we would prefer you to just focus upon one of these at the moment, so please focus upon what you consider to be your strongest idea.
