Appleton Greene is consistently trying to find new, innovative and cost-effective ways of promoting the Client Information Guides (CIG) of individual Accredited Consultants and the Client Information Hubs (CIH) of Certified Learning Providers (CLP). Once your (CIG) or (CIH) has been approved and published, the objective then is to try to ensure that as many people get to see this as possible.
The Online Promotion Service (OPS) is now available to all Accredited Consultants and Certified Learning Providers (CLP). The service only costs USD$550.00 annually and is designed to increase organic online traffic to your Client Information Guide (CIG) or Client Information Hub (CIH) by approximately 85%.
This service is designed to promote your (CIG) or (CIH) over the internet by directing more traffic to your guide through the use of dedicated domain names, integrated splash pages, SSL Certificates, verification through Google and Bing and listings on popular social networks and blogs.
Service Features
The Online Promotion Service (OPS) incorporates the following:
A Splash Page
A Splash Page, featuring 2 direct links to your Client Information Guide (CIG) or Client Information Hub (CIH). The Splash Page can incorporate content from the Executive Summary of your (CIG) or (CIH), or preferably unique content from your Email Marketing Campaign (EMC) Critical Success Factors (CSF), so no further work or time is required on your part. The purpose of the Splash Page is to provide internet users with a “taster”, one which is easily identified because it is viewed by search engines as being an independent web site, that is to say, independent of Appleton Greene’s web site. We then use this Splash Page to direct users to your (CIG) or (CIH), from where they can then find more detailed information about your service and this also constitutes the hub from where clients can then either request a Telephone Conference with you to discuss your service or program in more detail and to ultimately place service or program orders directly with you.
A Dedicated Domain Name
A dedicated domain name improves the chances of your Client Information Guide (CIG) or Client Information Hub (CIH) being located through the use of your specialist subject title during organic internet searches.
An SSL Certificate
An SSL Certificate changes the domain from http to https and indicates to search engines and users that your Splash Page is safe and secure. This ultimately improves trust and ranking.
Google & Bing Verification
Your Splash Page will then be manually verified through Google and Bing. This ensures that Google and Bing are aware of who owns the Splash Page and establishes credibility.
Social Network Listings
The Splash Page also enables AGC to feature these postings on popular social networks, with a view towards significantly increasing the quantity of internet traffic to your Splash Page and ultimately to your Client Information Guide (CIG) or Client Information Hub (CIH). AGC also plans to attribute ongoing promotion budgets to all Social Networks in order to direct constant internet traffic to consultants’ splash pages and guides.
AGC plans to promote Accredited Consultant Splash Pages via other social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Pinterest, Instagram, Linkedin and FlickR and via popular internet blogs, such as Wordpress, Blogger, Ghost, Tumblr, Weebly, Medium, Wix, Squarespace, Pensu and Svbtle.
Attributing small promotional budgets has enabled AGC to increase internet traffic to these Splash Pages by over 85%.
What does the annual service fee cover?
The Online Promotion Service (OPS) service only costs USD$550.00 annually. The service fee merely covers the cost of Domain Registration, Splash Page development, management and hosting, a valid SSL Certificate, Google & Bing Verification and Social Network listings for one year. This service is then renewable annually upon request (not automatically).
Service Availability
Ideally this service should be engaged as soon as your Client Information Guide (CIG) or Client Information Hub (CIH) has been approved and published. However, new Online Promotion Services (OPS) will only be processed on a quarterly basis, during the months of January, April, July and October.
